Welcome to the SAPOL Community Constables Careers Site.
SAPOL employs Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander officers as Community Constables. So if you're someone who understands the community, respects the law and wants to make a significant difference, joining SAPOL as a Community Constable can mean the start of an exciting career.
As a Community Constable and professional role model you'll use your understanding of cultural and social issues within your local community to work with SAPOL and the community. Reducing crime, you'll also break down any barriers and help create good links between the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and SAPOL.
Not everyone can become a Community Constable. To join us you'll need to be an honest and respected leader, with a strong desire to improve our community and the ability to meet challenges head on. If that sounds like you, explore our website further and discover a great opportunity to achieve more.
